"Pretty decent, but I’m still on the fence"
I was in a relaxed mood when these showed up, so I took my time checking them out. The boards are decent overall and did the job, but they didn’t completely wow me. I might buy them again sometime, but I’m not 100% sure yet.

"Fit my countertop perfectly"
I ordered a butcher block countertop i’m really happy with how it turned out. I was a little nervous that my measurements might be off, but it fit right into place exactly how I needed it to. No awkward gaps, no extra trimming, just a clean fit. For my setup, it worked out perfectly.

"tougher Than I thought"
We've had our butcher block for about a year now, and it's held up way better than I expected. We use it pretty much every day for chopping, prepping food, and the usual spills, and so far there's no warping or cracks. still looks solid. Happy with it overall.

"Felt like a really good deal"
I looked around at a few different places, and butcherblockco.com just felt like the better choice price-wise. When the block arrived, it was solid, looked great, and made me feel like I’d made the right call. For what I paid, I’m really happy with the value overall.

I was expecting better craftsmanship. The edges looked uneven and the finish had a few rough spots that were hard to ignore. What made it more frustrating was feeling like the goalposts kept moving whenever I brought it up, like the standard suddenly wasn’t the same as what I thought I was paying for

"Wood grain wasn’t quite what I expected"
The butcher block is definitely usable, but the wood grain looked a lot more uneven in person than I was expecting. Some areas seemed kind of blotchy, which didn’t really match the pictures I based my purchase on. A bit disappointing 😕

"More options than expected, but still a bit disappointing"
I was surprised by how many butcher block options they had. There were different woods, sizes, finishes, and even pieces for islands and tables, not just regular countertops.
It was nice not having to bounce around a bunch of different sites to compare everything, and I did find what I needed quickly. I just felt a little disappointed because with that many choices, I expected the whole experience to feel a bit more polished.

"Solid board, just needs a little upkeep"
I was a little relieved after trying this cutting board because it feels sturdy and stays put well while I’m chopping. The knife marks did start showing a bit sooner than I expected, but it hasn’t affected how well it works. I’ve been oiling it every couple of weeks, and that seems to keep it in good shape. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Decent product, but the support was frustrating"
The product itself was fine, nothing too bad. But this is where it got annoying: trying to get help from customer service took way longer than it should have. I sent a couple emails and ended up waiting days before getting an actual response. When they finally did reply, it felt kind of rushed and didn’t really fix the issue. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected better communication.

I got a butcher block from Butcher Block Co, and overall I’m happy with how it looks. The wood grain is really nice, it feels sturdy, and it fits the kitchen the way I was hoping it would.

That said, there were a couple of small rough spots, and one edge wasn’t quite as smooth as I expected for the price. Also, the follow-up reminders felt a little aggressive, which got annoying after a while. It’s a decent butcher block and I don’t regret buying it, but I wouldn’t call it perfect

"Pretty easy site to use"
I only ordered once, but based on that, the site seems really easy to get around. The menus were straightforward, and I found the butcher block sizes and details without having to hunt all over the place. Checkout was simple too, with no confusing extra steps. My block showed up with a little ding on one corner, which was a bit frustrating at first. But I reached out and they sent a replacement really quickly with no hassle. I’ve dealt with other companies where returns or replacements turn into a whole back-and-forth, so this was a nice surprise. Happy with it now

"Showed up suspiciously fast"
I ordered from butcherblockco.com and was kind of suspicious it would take forever because of the size. I kept checking the tracking, half expecting some weird delay to pop up, but everything updated normally and the delivery actually showed up right on time. No hassle, no excuses, nothing sketchy. Surprised, but really happy with how fast it got here.
